Welcome to www.inquirystudio.org. These terms explain the ground rules for using our website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About our website
The Inquiry Studio is a small US business. We make curriculum for middle and high school teachers, along with books, merch and other resources for teachers and families.
Our website shares information about our work and links to the shops where our products are sold. We don't sell anything or take payments on this site.
The site is meant for adults, such as teachers and parents.

• Try to hack, disrupt or overload the site, or get into areas you're not meant to access
• Use bots or scrapers to copy content from the site
• Send spam, harmful code or abusive messages through our forms
• Pretend to be someone else when you contact us
We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who misuses it.
Our content and the frog
Everything on this site belongs to The Inquiry Studio unless we say otherwise. That includes text, lesson ideas, images, illustrations, designs, logos and our frog mascot. These are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may view our pages and share links to them. Please don't copy, republish, sell or adapt our content or images, or use our name, logo or frog mascot, without our written permission. Want to use something? Just ask through our Contact page.
Products bought from other shops
Our products are sold through the shops we link to, such as TPT, Amazon and Fourthwall, and each shop's own terms apply to your purchase. That includes how you may use a resource, as well as orders, payment, shipping, returns and refunds.
If you have a question about something you bought, the shop you bought it from is usually the best place to start. You're always welcome to contact us too.
Freebies and our email lists
Free resources we share, on the site or through our email lists, are for personal and single-classroom use only. Please don't share, repost, resell or upload them anywhere, including school or district sites. If a colleague would like a copy, they can get their own by signing up or from our TPT store.
You can unsubscribe from our email lists at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Our site links to websites we don't own or control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something on our site uses your work without permission, contact us through our Contact page. We'll review it and remove it if needed.
Educational information
We work hard to make our content accurate and useful, but it's offered for general educational purposes. Teachers and parents should use their own judgment about what fits their students, school policies and safety needs, especially for hands-on or outdoor activities. We may correct or update content at any time.
No warranties
We provide the site "as is" and "as available." We do our best, but we can't promise the site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, or that every piece of information is complete and current. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site.
